What is the Dispatch policy / Delivery policy?

You may place a delivery order any time during the day but it will be delivered only between the delivery schedule mentioned below :

Monday to Thursday : 4PM to 8PM (any orders received after 8pm will be delivered the next day)

Friday & Saturday : 4PM – 10PM (any orders received after 10pm will be delivered the next day, if next day is Sunday then delivery will be completed on Monday)

Sunday : NO DELIVERY available.

We will try our best to deliver within 2 hours from the time you place your order.

You can cancel the order for a full refund if you wish to by calling us or emailing us with order number as subject on “”

What is the minimum order for delivery and How do i place an order?

Minimum order for delivery is $20 only.

Currently, you can place an order with us via this website. We will be taking on phone orders soon. Make sure you enter your details correctly, as proof of age will be checked upon delivery!

What is the delivery cost?

Our policy is simple. Free delivery for order above $99, for orders under $99, there is a flat $10 fee with a minimum spend of $20 to qualify. As we use local drivers with limited carrying capacity, there is a limit of 1 boxes per order for delivery. If you need to order in bulk please email us your requirements at

What payment methods do we accept?

We accept Amex, Mastercard, Visa & Paypal. Unfortunately we do not accept cash.

How will i know when my order will arrive?

An order confirmation will be sent to you via email or SMS with an estimated delivery time. Please check your spam / junk folder, sometimes communication emails can go to these folders, if this is the case, please mark the email as not junk / not spam, this will avoid future emails not to go in these folders.

What areas do you deliver to and why doesn't Booze Mate deliver to my area?

At the moment we are delivering within  a radius of 15km from our Mentone Store. This is just a start, if you’re not covered in the deliverable area, keep calm & don’t loose hope! We are expanding quickly and will be on our way to you soon. Contact us at to request delivery in your area.

Can you arrange for items you don’t stock?

Yes we can! If you have a desirable item that we don’t stock, we’ll do our best to source it so we can bring it to you. Contact us at

Why do you ask my age?

Remember, we sell and deliver alcohol, so we always follow the law and execute responsible service of Alcohol. We require a proof that states you are atleast 18 years of age.

How can I apply for the post of a delivery driver?

Please contact us at with your resume / details and we will get in touch with you soon. As we are expanding, we are keen to add new delivery drivers.

What is your return / refund policy?

Refunds will be made onto the debit / credit card used to make the purchase. We will seek to process your refund as quickly as possible, but please allow up to 3-4 business days for your refund to be processed.

What if I get a wrong item delivered?

Human mistakes can occur sometimes, we apologise and request you to contact us via email or Facebook messenger with details of issue. We will always replace the incorrect product, give you store credit, or refund you for the item you did not receive. We will ensure you are not disappointed in all ways we can.

Why don't we sell sell cigarettes and cigars online?

Kudos to the government rules, they don’t let us do it.
